NEPSAC collects and uses personal information with adequate notice and consent, when applicable. For example, when you register for events or pay for products or services, we will ask you to provide personal information to complete these transactions. This information will include contact information such as your name, address, telephone number, and email address; financial information such as your credit card number; and other unique information such as user IDs and passwords. 

How we use your information

NEPSAC may use your information to: 

- Help register you or any member or your family to the events, products, and services offered through this web site.

- Assist you in completing a transaction or order;

- Communicate with you about events, products, etc.

- Provide service and support;

Credit card information is used only for payment processing and fraud prevention. Credit card information and other sensitive personal information required to process a transaction and is not used for any other purpose.

Keeping your personal information secure

Our software vendor, rSchoolToday, is also PCI complaint, which is the Federal standard for credit card security for Personal Cardholder Information.

SSL encryption is designed to make the information unreadable by anyone but you or us. This security measure is working when you see the symbol of either an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser) at the bottom of your browser window.
